Here at Karmen Aesthetic we are dedicated to providing a relaxing environment for all of our valued guests. To ensure a tranquil and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly request that our salon & spa remain a space for adults and young adults aged 12 and above.
By observing this policy, we can create an environment where you can fully indulge in your salon & spa services without any disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this guideline.
CELL PHONES
Please be respectful & Set your phone to vibrate and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. Hands free devices are strongly encouraged.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
• Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
• Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment.
*It is the client's responsibility to let the salon know if there is anything that he or she is unhappy with within 2 days of time of their service. It is at the technician's discretion whether a redo is applicable or not.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
All clients are required to pay a 50% deposit to book their service.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service value.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service value.

BEAUTY PRODUCTS
